Gregorio Tolosa, recognized as one of the best grill masters in the country, has perfected the art of grilling fish at the legendary Asador Bidea2, in Navarre. Alongside him, the brothers Mikel and Iñaki López de Viñaspre, pillars of Basque cuisine, bring more than 30 years of experience to the head of Sagardi Group.
